MUSCAT : The closure was carried out after the CPA’s department in Rustaq received and reviewed multiple complaints concerning the establishment’s failure to fulfil its contractual obligations to customers.

Following the review of the complaints and completion of the required procedures, the department submitted a request to the Public Prosecution seeking the establishment’s closure.

The Public Prosecution subsequently issued an order for the temporary closure of the establishment and suspension of its activities pending the outcome of the case.

The CPA said the necessary legal procedures were then completed in accordance with the applicable regulations.
