MUSCAT: Raysut Cement Company (SAOG) has rejected claims circulating on social media that the company has prepared a list of employees whose services are to be terminated.
In a clarification statement, the Oman-listed cement producer said information circulating on the X platform regarding the existence of an employee termination list was inaccurate.
“The circulated information is inaccurate and is not based on any official decision issued by the Company,” Raysut Cement said in the statement.

The company did not provide further details on the origin of the claims or whether any workforce restructuring was under consideration.
Raysut Cement said the clarification was issued pursuant to Article 292 of the Executive Regulation of the Securities Law No. E/11/2026.
The company’s management also reaffirmed its commitment to complying with disclosure requirements under applicable laws and regulations.
It said any material information relating to the company’s business would be announced only through officially approved communication channels.
