MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir of Bangladesh on the occasion of his election as President and his swearing-in ceremony.
His Majesty expressed his best wishes to President Alamgir for success in carrying out his responsibilities and wished Bangladesh continued stability and prosperity.
He also expressed hope that the relations of cooperation and partnership between Oman and Bangladesh would continue to grow and expand across various fields.
