MUSCAT – In a circular, the ministry’s National Intellectual Property Office said applicants are free to select the daily newspaper in which they wish to publish their intellectual property notice, provided they follow the applicable procedures.
The ministry advised applicants to ensure that publication is carried out in accordance with the procedures in force.
