MUSCAT: The Deccani Wing of the Indian Social Club Oman has announced ‘Jashn-e-Deccan’, a special cultural programme that will bring together members of the Indian community and lovers of Sufi music for an evening dedicated to the traditions, music and literary legacy of the Deccan.
The event will be headlined by the Warsi Brothers, whose performances have earned international recognition for preserving the centuries-old tradition of Sufi Qawwali. Known for their soulful renditions and exceptional musical artistry, the duo has captivated audiences across the world and is expected to deliver one of the year’s most anticipated cultural performances in Muscat.
Organisers said the event is a tribute to the vibrant culture, traditions and heritage of the Deccan and aims to bring together families, music enthusiasts and the wider community for an evening of spirituality, nostalgia and world-class entertainment.

The programme is also expected to strengthen cultural ties within Oman’s Indian diaspora while celebrating the shared heritage of Hyderabad and the Deccan region.
