MUSCAT – Indian School Bousher’s young chess sensation M.A. Sriiyukthaa has etched her name in the record books by becoming the first Under-11 player from India to earn the prestigious Woman FIDE Master (WFM) title after crossing the 2100 Elo Classical Rating mark.
The remarkable milestone also secured her the Woman Candidate Master (WCM) title, awarded to players who achieve a 2000 Elo rating, further underlining her rapid rise in international chess.
Adding to her growing list of achievements, Sriiyukthaa is currently ranked World No. 2 in the Under-11 category, placing her among the world’s most promising young chess talents.

Indian School Bousher honoured the young champion during a special felicitation ceremony attended by students, staff and members of the School Management Committee.
