MUSCAT – In a notice issued to the sector, the ministry stressed the importance of complying with the provisions of the regulations, which follows the issuance of Ministerial Decision No. 1152/2/1/141/2026 (published in the Official Gazette on April 26, 2026).
Hotel and tourism establishments have been urged to complete all status adjustment procedures within the timeframe specified in the regulations to ensure full compliance with the new legal and regulatory framework governing the sector.
