MUSCAT: The North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command has arrested a citizen accused of intentionally running over another citizen with a vehicle after a disagreement escalated between the two individuals.
According to the Royal Oman Police, the victim succumbed to injuries sustained in the incident.
The accused was apprehended shortly after the incident, and legal procedures against him are currently being completed.
