MUSCAT : The platform recorded 99 suggestions, all of which achieved a 100 percent processing rate, reflecting full completion of submitted proposals during the month. It also received 99 inquiries, with a 97 percent completion rate, indicating a high level of responsiveness to public questions.
In addition, 228 complaints were submitted through the system, of which 97 percent were completed, while 174 reports were processed with a completion rate of 98 percent, underscoring the platform’s role in addressing public concerns efficiently.
In total, the platform registered 600 requests across all categories during the reporting period.
