Moscow: The Kremlin announced today that President Putin will travel to China for a two-day official visit aimed at strengthening ties between the two nations.
According to the Kremlin, Putin and Xi Jinping are expected to discuss ways to “strengthen the comprehensive partnership and strategic cooperation” between Russia and China amid evolving global political and economic dynamics.
The visit comes just days after US President Donald Trump concluded a two-day visit to China on Friday. During his trip, Trump held discussions with Xi Jinping on several key international and bilateral issues.
