DUBAI : Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Qatar announced today that they had intercepted attacks by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
In Kuwait, a number of UAVs were detected within Kuwaiti airspace and were successfully engaged.
The UAE also announced that it had dealt with two UAVs, with no casualties reported.

Qatar announced that a cargo ship was attacked by a UAV in its territorial waters, causing a fire to break out. No injuries were reported, and the vessel continued its voyage towards Qatar’s Mesaieed Port after the blaze was brought under control.
