Dubai: The National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority has warned residents to stay in safe locations as air defence systems continue to respond to potential threats. The authority stressed the importance of relying on official communication channels for real-time warnings and safety instructions.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Defense confirmed that sounds reported across various parts of the country were the result of active interception operations. According to the ministry, the UAE’s air defence systems successfully engaged and intercepted a combination of ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones.
