MUSCAT : The Authority said legal action is being taken against those responsible, describing the incident as a clear violation of the law with potential risks to water resources and the surrounding ecosystem.
It also warned that dumping untreated waste in natural waterways and recharge zones can have serious environmental and public health consequences, particularly in areas critical to groundwater sustainability.
The Authority urged individuals and establishments to comply strictly with environmental laws and regulations, stressing that violators will face legal accountability.
