MUSCAT: In a disclosure to the Financial Services Authority, Muscat Stock Exchange, and its shareholders, the company said the adjournment follows previous updates, including its most recent disclosure on April 9, 2026.
The case concerns allegations filed against the company’s former Board of Directors and Executive Management covering the period from 2018 to 2022.
According to the statement, the court decided during the hearing held on April 26, 2026, to postpone proceedings to allow the parties to submit their responses to the Public Prosecution’s specialized reports.
The company added that shareholders will be informed of any further developments in the case as they arise.
