Muscat: The partial closure will begin on Thursday evening, April 9, and continue until Friday evening, April 10. During this period, motorists are advised to exercise caution and adhere strictly to traffic instructions in the area.
A complete closure of the service road will be enforced on Saturday, April 11, for one day, after which normal traffic movement is expected to resume.
