MUSCAT : The project will be built over an area of approximately 138,000 square metres and is scheduled for completion within four years.

The agreement was signed by His Excellency Sayyid Ibrahim bin Said Al Busaidi, Minister of Heritage and Tourism, and Ayad bin Ali Al Balushi, CEO of Oman Tourism Development Company (Omran Group).

The project will feature a multi-use tourism destination managed by Four Seasons, including a 200-room luxury hotel and 91 branded freehold residential units. The development will also include a marina, yacht club, marine facilities, restaurants, retail outlets, and supporting infrastructure.

His Excellency Sayyid Ibrahim Al Busaidi explained that the project’s location in Al Bustan, at the heart of Muscat, makes it a strategic addition to the governorate’s tourism offering, particularly with its focus on yacht tourism and integration with the area’s mountainous landscape.

The ministry noted that the agreement reflects ongoing efforts to strengthen tourism infrastructure, boost local economic value, and create employment opportunities, in line with the objectives of Oman Vision 2040.
