TEHRAN : Iran’s Health Ministry has placed hospitals on alert and dispatched ambulances to key areas of the capital following Israel’s attack, state-affiliated Tasnim news agency reported on Saturday.
A spokesperson for the ministry said emergency response teams had been mobilised and ambulances sent to central parts of Tehran as a precautionary measure.
The official added that the probable number of injured and the exact locations affected would be announced once the information is confirmed.
