MUSCAT : The Authority emphasised that to ensure efficiency and timely responses, all requests must be completed with the required information and supporting documents. Submissions should be sent via email to tax.ruling@taxoman.gov.om.
Officials noted that any request sent without the approved Tax Ruling Request Form, available through the Tax Portal under Help & Support – Important Forms, will not be considered.
