MUSCAT : Trading activity strengthened during the session, with total turnover rising 37.9 per cent to RO 50.03 million, up from RO 36.27 million recorded in the last trading day.
According to the exchange’s daily report, the market capitalisation increased by 0.385 per cent, reaching approximately RO 33.66 billion, reflecting improved investor sentiment.
Foreign participation also remained positive. Non-Omani purchases stood at RO 6.99 million, accounting for 13.97 per cent of total trades, while non-Omani sales amounted to RO 3.92 million, or 7.83 per cent. As a result, net non-Omani investment recorded an increase of RO 3.07 million, representing 6.15 per cent of total market activity.
