MUSCAT : The ‘Shareholder Service’, which forms part of the Telecommunications Licensing Management System, enables licensees to update shareholder data accurately and in line with the terms and conditions of their licenses, contributing to improved regulatory compliance and transparency.

The Shareholder Service allows licensees to access the Telecommunications and Electricity Licensing System and submit requests related to changes in share ownership. The service is processed through a clear and structured mechanism consisting of three main steps. First, the user accesses the system and selects the required service type. Second, the necessary information is entered, including details of the transferred shares and shareholders. Finally, the application is reviewed and submitted through the system.
