MUSCAT – The Authority stated that the law explicitly bans the trading of any adulterated, defective, counterfeit, or unauthorised goods. It also prohibits the advertising or promotion of such products under any circumstances.
As per the Article, Executive Regulations of the law define and clarify what constitutes adulterated, defective, or counterfeit goods, ensuring clear standards for enforcement and compliance.
