MUSCAT – In a disclosure to the Muscat Stock Exchange, the company said the suspensions are pending the completion of investigation procedures and will remain in effect until further notice.
“Accordingly, the Board of Directors approved assigning a number of executive managers from the company’s staff to carry out administrative and executive tasks on an interim acting basis, in order to ensure the continuity of the company’s business and the regularity of its operations, without any substantial impact on its efficiency or operational performance,” the company stated.
It further added that it is fully cooperating with the competent authorities and reaffirmed its commitment to transparency. The company said it will disclose any material developments or final outcomes of the investigations to shareholders as soon as they become available, in line with regulatory requirements and approved disclosure frameworks.
