MUSCAT: Muscat Finance SAOG announced in a statement that Maneesh Srivastava has submitted his resignation as the Chief Executive Officer of the company, for personal reasons.
In a statement issued to Muscat Securities Market on Sunday, Faisal Mohamed Al Yousef,
MFC’s Chairman said the Board of Directors of the company have accepted Srivastava’s resignation. “The Board of Directors have accepted his resignation, and wish him all success for his future,” Al Yousef said.
Srivastava had assumed office as CEO of Muscat Finance on January 3, 2018, according to the company’s website. Muscat Finance is a widely held public limited Company and has a reputation for providing well-developed professional services.
