MUSCAT — Oman is preparing to implement a new transport project linked to Al Sahwa Tower and its surrounding areas, including a development extending from the Al Sahwa Roundabout to the Wilayat of Al Rusayl, a senior official said.
The announcement was made by HE Eng. Khamis Mohammed Al Shamakhi, the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology’s Undersecretary for Transport, during the ministry’s annual media meeting on Monday.
Al Shamakhi said the upcoming project aims to address traffic movement and improve road connectivity in one of Muscat’s most prominent and busy zones, which serves as a key gateway linking several areas.
