MUSCAT : The index ended the session at 5,940.46 points, shedding 15.87 points, or 0.26 per cent, compared to the previous close of 5,956.33 points.
Trading value stood at RO 37.84 million, marking a 6 per cent decline from the RO 40.26 million recorded in the last trading session. According to the exchange’s daily report, total market capitalisation also edged down by 0.131 per cent, settling at approximately RO 32.17 billion.
Foreign investor activity showed mixed trends, with non-Omani purchases amounting to RO 2.97 million, accounting for 7.84 per cent of total trades, while non-Omani sales reached RO 2.51 million, representing 1.35 per cent of the total.
