MUSCAT — Galfar Engineering & Contracting SAOG has appointed Amal Al Khaburi as its new Chief Internal Auditor, effective December 1, 2025, the company said in a statement dated December 14.
Al Khaburi succeeds Salim Al Khalasi, who retired after concluding his service with the company on December 13, 2025. Galfar thanked Al Khalasi for his contributions and wished him well in his future endeavours.
Al Khaburi brings more than 20 years of experience in risk and compliance, with a track record of leading transformation, integrity and assurance initiatives across telecom, finance, governance and emerging risk landscapes. Her appointment comes as Galfar continues to strengthen its internal controls and governance framework.
