MUSCAT – The newly opened road is designed to improve safety and efficiency for motorists, with the Municipality confirming that the exit from the service road leading to the Al Mawaleh intersection has been separated to minimise conflict points. In addition, a dedicated return lane has been provided for vehicles heading back toward the Wilayat of Seeb, further easing traffic movement and reducing the likelihood of accidents.
According to Muscat Municipality, the project forms part of a broader, ongoing plan to implement immediate and sustainable traffic solutions that enhance public safety and facilitate the movement of road users.
