MUSCAT – The ROP’s Muscat Governorate Police Command, in cooperation with the Special Tasks Police Unit in Baushar, stopped 92 drivers for disrupting public peace by emitting loud and disturbing sounds from their vehicle exhausts in the Baushar sand dunes.
During the operation, 11 vehicles were impounded for violating traffic safety requirements and legal procedures were initiated against the owners.
