MUSCAT — His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, presided over the foundation stone-laying ceremony for the “Jood” project in Sultan Haitham City and the “Yamal” project in Al-Munouma, together representing investments worth RO 1.7 billion.
The initiatives come within the national framework to enhance investment partnerships and expand the presence of international companies in the Omani market. The scale and ambition of the projects reflect the growing global confidence in Oman’s real estate and urban development sectors.
During the ceremony, senior officials, investors and representatives from the private sector highlighted the projects as key milestones that align with Oman’s long-term urban development and economic diversification goals.
