MUSCAT – Under the extension, Omani citizens may continue to enter and stay in China for up to 30 days from the date of entry without obtaining a prior visa. The exemption applies to travel for business, tourism, visiting relatives and friends, participation in cultural events, and other non-work-related purposes.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reminds citizens planning to travel to China to ensure that their passports are valid for at least six months and that they hold health insurance covering the duration of their stay.
The Ministry extends its best wishes to all citizens traveling to China for a safe and successful journey.
