MUSCAT : Royal Decree No. 97/2025 ratifies the agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the mutual exemption from visas for holders of diplomatic, special, and service passports.
Royal Decree No. 98/2025 approves the agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the mutual exemption from visas.
Royal Decree No. 99/2025 ratifies the agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Belarus concerning the international transport of goods by road.
