Manama: Held in 2025 and hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain, the prestigious biennial, organized by the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP), witnessed Omani photographers dominate the youth categories. Oman’s under-16 team secured the World Cup title with 402 points, while the under-25 team captured the crown with 348 points, outshining competitors from across the world.
The individual results added further shine to the national win. In the under-16 category, Amer bin Mohsen Al Hajri earned the FIAP Silver Medal, while Layan bint Sultan Al Batashia and Yassin bin Mohsen Al Hajri shared the Bronze. Meanwhile, in the under-25 category, Wahab bin Ibrahim Al Kindi claimed the FIAP Silver Medal for his exceptional work.
