MUSCAT: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) arrested a person for fraudulent money fund scam.
According to ROP, the accused collected money from people “who wanted quick profit by paying a sum of money in exchange for a monthly profit as interest. Incentive gifts were also given to people to bring new subscribers.”
ROP said its research and investigation team found out that there is “no investment that will get monthly profit in return.”
