MUSCAT – The meeting focused on assessing the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects under the Authority’s 2025 plan, identifying challenges, and exploring solutions to further enhance institutional efficiency and the quality of services provided to consumers.
Discussions also covered the Authority’s 2026 objectives, highlighting major projects and programs scheduled for implementation in the coming year. These initiatives aim to strengthen the consumer protection system, ensure market stability, and promote consumer awareness, supporting the national vision’s broader goals of sustainable development and governance excellence.
His Excellency Al Hakmani emphasised the importance of teamwork and integration of efforts to advance the Authority’s mission and continue the nation’s development journey. He commended the achievements realized during the current year and called for a continued focus on enhancing service quality and institutional performance in the next phase.
