DUBAI : The e-commerce giant announced that the rollout covers major neighbourhoods across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, including Dubai Marina, Business Bay, and Abu Dhabi Central.
To power these rapid deliveries, Amazon has established micro-fulfilment centres strategically located within residential zones, an approach aimed at cutting down travel times and easing traffic congestion.
Customers can order a wide range of products, from fresh fruits and vegetables to electronics, personal care items, and baby products, available around the clock. Prime members can enjoy free shipping on orders above Dh25, while non-members can avail of the service for a small delivery fee.

In addition to its 15-minute model, Amazon has also introduced a two-hour delivery service spanning over 30 categories, from groceries to gadgets. Prime members can access this service for free on orders exceeding Dh100.
