MUSCAT – Renaissance Services marked Omani Women’s Day by
organising special celebrations at sites across Oman in recognition of the role that women play
in the company’s success. As a leading corporate in Oman, the company values the
contributions of its female workforce and remains committed to their growth and development
within the company.

In Muscat, a special event at the Crowne Plaza Qurm brought together employees from the
capital area for a morning of learning, fun and camaraderie. Professional facilitators from Oman
Sail led an interactive workshop that was designed to enhance creative thinking, communication
and leadership skills. Through engaging exercises and teamwork activities, participants
explored new approaches to problem-solving and collaboration before concluding the session
with a buffet lunch that offered them a chance to reconnect with each another.

Additionally, Renaissance sites across other regions of Oman also organised their own events
to honour and celebrate women employees on their respective teams.

Speaking on the occasion, Mohana Prabhakar, Chief Communications & Corporate Affairs
Officer, Renaissance Services, said, “Women are playing a vital role in reshaping industries like
Facilities Management, bringing fresh perspectives and progress. At Renaissance, we’re proud
to support Omani women as they contribute meaningfully to national development and drive our
continued success.”

Integrated Facilities Management, has been listed on the Muscat Stock Exchange for over 29
years. The company continues to expand its presence across the GCC, demonstrating
sustained growth and innovation. With more than 1,340 women employed across its operations,
Renaissance is also among the largest private-sector employers of Omani nationals and plays a
vital role in supporting the Sultanate’s economic growth.
