MUSCAT : The National Subsidy System (NSS) Committee has confirmed that the platform continues to operate smoothly for all currently registered beneficiaries, with no issues affecting the ongoing delivery of support to eligible groups.
In a statement, the committee addressed recent public inquiries regarding the status of new registrations and data updates, assuring citizens that the system remains stable. It explained that the temporary suspension of new applications and data modifications was due to ongoing technical integration efforts with the National Registry.
The NSS said its technical partner is currently working on completing the linking process with the National Records Center to enhance system efficiency, data accuracy, and streamline future registration procedures.
