MUSCAT : An event titled “GCC 2025 tour for successful management and promotion of investment and tourism” kicked off in Muscat today.
The launch ceremony was held under the auspices of Dr. Mahad Said Ba’Owain, Minister of Labour.
The tour explores the latest practices in management and institutional development of tourism promotion and investment.

Organized by the Ministry of Labour in cooperation with Media Thought firm, the event brings about government representatives and regional and international experts. It seeks to develop national competencies and devise flexible work environments capable of keeping pace with rapid economic developments.

The first day of the tour includes two panel discussions on efficient resource management. The first focuses on success stories in the energy sector and highlighted the importance of investing in national resources as a means of realizing sustainable growth. The second panel discussion reviews the role of motivation in enhancing institutional performance and furnishing a work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
The first day’s programme also includes a lecture on how a leader could practise self-empowerment. It deals with personal leadership strategies and measures on developing positive thinking in the workplace.

The second day of the event includes two lectures titled: “The Leader’s Rational in Grooming Omani Youth in Accordance with Oman Vision 2040” and “Foresight Analysis in Multidimensional Strategic Issues.”
