MUSCAT: Indian School Al Seeb (ISAS) is all set to host Avenir 2025, the flagship Educational and Career
Guidance Programme under the aegis of the Board of Directors, Indian Schools in the Sultanate
of Oman.
Scheduled from 25th to 27th October 2025, this much-anticipated three-day event aims
to equip students with knowledge, skills, and inspiration to navigate the dynamic landscape of
career and higher education opportunities.
With the central theme “Empowering to Lead”, Avenir 2025 will bring together students,
educators, alumni, universities, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders under one roof for a
transformative educational experience.

The Board of Directors, Indian Schools Oman, provides equal opportunities for all the students
of Indian Schools across Oman to understand and discern their future course of studies and
careers by conducting Avenir every year.
Mr. Syed Salman, Chairman of the Indian School Board, has verily expressed this and said, “Avenir 2025 is more than a career fair; it’s a catalyst for shaping future-ready students by combining inspiration with information. Through active participation, collaboration, and engagement, we aim to prepare students to lead with purpose in a fast-changing world.”

- Motivational Talk by Master Raul John Aju – Founder, AIREALM Technologies
A visionary educator who has taught over 150,000 students and delivered 1,000+ sessions
worldwide. He is a 3x TEDx speaker and has been invited 3x by Google, cementing his role as a
young voice shaping the future of technology. - Career Awareness Sessions: Aimed at providing students with a deeper understanding of
diverse career paths, the sessions will feature insights from accomplished alumni across Indian
schools in Oman. Schools have been invited to nominate distinguished alumni to guide and
inspire students. - Visionera – The Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum: In a unique initiative to foster innovation and
enterprise, ISAS will host Visionera, a student-led start-up exhibition. Schools will showcase
original entrepreneurial ideas, encouraging the spirit of creativity, leadership, and problem-
solving among youth. - Indian School Influencers: Adding a fresh perspective, student speakers from various Indian
schools will deliver short yet powerful influential talks, highlighting real stories of passion,
perseverance, and purpose. - Industry Panel Discussion: CEOs and corporate leaders will engage in a high-level panel on
“The Importance of Soft Skills in Building a Career”, addressing the evolving needs of the
workforce. - Career Counselling and University Interaction: This dynamic outreach programme will
bring together representatives from reputed universities in Oman, giving students and parents
direct access to information about higher education, admissions, and scholarships. - Peer Career Counselling: Certified counsellors from participating schools will offer intensive
guidance to students, ensuring personalized support irrespective of institutional affiliation.
