The committee reaffirmed that employment remains a national priority, and that it will continue to monitor the strategic implementation of employment targets across regulated sectors. It also highlighted the importance of qualifying national talent, developing professional capabilities, and fostering a dynamic and attractive work environment that enables Omani professionals to play a leading role in driving economic development and reinforcing the national employment system.
