MUSCAT: Two people were arrested on charges of stealing money from a vehicle in Wilayat Sur in South Al Sharqiyah.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) said the suspects stole OMR 400 from the vehicle that was parked in a commercial area in Sur.
“ROP advises citizens and residents in the Sultanate to exercise caution while parking the car and not to leave valuable items inside the vehicle unattended,” ROP said in a statement.
