Muscat: Under the new regulations, travelers must register through the official portal allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id at least three days prior to arrival. Once completed, a Quick Response (QR) code will be issued, which must be presented at immigration and customs checkpoints in both Oman and Indonesia.

Previously, travelers were required to complete multiple steps across different platforms, applying for a visa-on-arrival or e-visa, filling out a health declaration via the SATUSEHAT Health Pass, and submitting customs forms through the e-CD system. The new system integrates all these processes into one digital form, significantly reducing the complexity of arrival procedures.

According to the Indonesian government, the unified platform will cover immigration, customs, and health declarations in a single process, eliminating the need for travelers to switch between different applications and websites.
