Key features of the platform include online vendor registration and profile management, allowing suppliers to submit and update essential documents such as commercial registration certificates, financial statements, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) requirements without the need for paperwork. The portal also enables suppliers to participate in tenders, track orders, bids, and payments in real-time.

From registration to purchase orders and payments, Bidmate supports the full procure-to-pay cycle.
According to be’ah, the new system will automate processes, reduce manual work, and speed up procurement time. It also includes built-in checks to ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and integrates with ERP systems to maintain accurate, real-time data.
