Explaining about the portal, be’ah stated: “Bidmate is a comprehensive digital platform designed to streamline and enhance vendor management and procurement processes. Developed to support organizations like be’ah, Bidmate facilitates seamless interaction between buyers and suppliers through a centralized portal.”
Key features of the platform include online vendor registration and profile management, allowing suppliers to submit and update essential documents such as commercial registration certificates, financial statements, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) requirements without the need for paperwork. The portal also enables suppliers to participate in tenders, track orders, bids, and payments in real-time.
