MUSCAT : Founded by Nader bin Bakhit Fadhil and his team, Lamir Al Mughsail was first introduced during the 2022 Khareef Dhofar season. The project builds on the area’s stunning natural features, silver beaches, freshwater fountains, and proximity to Al Marneef Cave, to offer a unique tourism experience rooted in environmental sustainability.
Designed to cater to diverse community needs, the project includes a food and café hub, a children’s play zone, bicycle tracks, beach seating, and scenic boat tours through Khor Fadkhit. An artificial waterfall further enhances the destination’s charm, combining recreation with natural aesthetics.
Beyond tourism, the initiative has strong economic and social value. It creates seasonal income opportunities for young Omanis, strengthens the local economy, and nurtures practical expertise in the tourism sector. The project also integrates environmental considerations, reorganizing the valley’s course to maintain a clean and sustainable landscape.
