MUSCAT – According to the statement, emergency response teams from the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA), along with other relevant authorities, responded swiftly to the incident. The fire was brought under control and extinguished in record time, with no human injuries reported.
“The company confirms that its services to subscribers were not affected by the incident, and that it continues to follow all safety and prevention measures to ensure the protection of its employees and facilities,” the clarification stated.
Nama also expressed its deep appreciation to the CDAA for their rapid response and high efficiency. It also commended the efforts of its own team, which dealt professionally and skilfully to ensure the safety of the facility and the continuity of its services.
