MUSCAT: The summit, themed ‘Leading the Charge,’ is set to take place in Muscat, bringing together pioneering women, visionary leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers from across Oman and the wider region.

Designed as a dynamic platform for dialogue and recognition, the summit will host a high-profile awards ceremony to celebrate the strength and impact of Omani women shaping the nation’s future.

The jury committee, comprised of prominent figures in academia, law, energy, and business, will play a central role in evaluating nominations and selecting the winners across several award categories that highlight entrepreneurial excellence, leadership, and innovation.

The confirmed members of the HerStory jury panel are:

One of the summit’s highlights is the panel discussion titled ‘Collective Leadership

Transforming Oman’s Future’, which will examine women’s role in advancing Oman Vision 2040 through collaborative and inclusive leadership.

Another key session, ‘Power of Women in Business’, will spotlight female entrepreneurs breaking barriers and redefining success across industries.

The summit and awards represent a first-of-its-kind platform in Oman, placing a well-deserved spotlight on women driving progress and shaping the future of the nation.
