MUSCAT : Applicants will undergo a series of evaluation stages, in accordance with the recruitment procedures followed by the RAFO, leading up to the final stage of acceptance.
The RAFO utilises all its expertise and capabilities to provide administrative and technical requirements needed to facilitate the recruitment and enable candidates to join the fields of national duty.
This recruitment drive aligns with broader efforts by the Sultan’s Armed Forces to attract and empower Omani nationals, in accordance with national employment plans and development programmes. These initiatives aim to strengthen the military’s capabilities by integrating skilled Omani talent into the Ministry of Defence and its affiliated units.
