Qais Al Zakwani, CEO of Nama Water Services, stated that the new employees will be involved in “important projects that current and future generations depend on,” and urged them to take their responsibilities seriously. He added that the company’s management is committed to developing and qualifying the new hires to meet future requirements.
The CEO also noted that the employment of national talent is a contractual obligation for the companies involved in the projects, with a goal of raising the Omanisation rate in these firms from 55 percent to 84 percent by the end of 2025. To ease the transition, the new employees have been placed in projects located close to their homes.
