MUSCAT – According to a statement from the Royal Oman Police (ROP), the driver was caught speeding, driving recklessly, and overtaking a convoy of vehicles by using the road shoulder, which posed serious risks to himself and others.
The ROP confirmed that legal measures are being taken against the individual.
