MUSCAT – The decision, published in Issue No. 1606 of the Official Gazette, names the following individuals:
- Zayd Gangat, Somali national
- Hamidah Nabagala, Ugandan national
- Abdiweli Mohamed Yusuf, Somali national
Article one stipulates that the names of individuals listed in the annex shall be included in the local terrorism list.
Article Two mandates that all natural and legal persons in Oman adhere to the provisions and procedures outlined in National Counter-Terrorism Committee Resolution No. 1/2022 concerning these newly listed individuals.
This latest action follows a previous decision on April 28, when the Chairman of the Targeted Financial Sanctions Committee included 15 individuals on the domestic terrorism list.
